Professionally I....
I am the founder and managing partner of The Laurus Consulting Group LTD (Israel). The group specializes in public strategy and project management and focuses on enabling governments, corporations and NGOs to lead and cultivate positive change, in the public sphere in which they operate. From September 1999 through May 2008, I served on Ariel Sharon’s political staff and in the 29th, 30th and 31st Israeli governments, under Prime Ministers Ariel Sharon and Ehud Olmert. Amongst my various duties, I was an Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, Senior Assistant to the Director General of the Prime Minister’s Office and ultimately Prime Minister’s Adviser and Director of Parliament Affairs. Upon completing my Wexner Fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School, I was named Founding Director of the Agency for Economic Development of the Arab Sector in Israel. During my tenure at the PM’s office, I was highly involved in national projects such as the Disengagement Plan from Gaza and North West Bank, major economic reforms and other key policies.

"Tikun Olam", building Jewish-Israeli self confidence as a counter measure to "diaspora mentality".

Meeting new people with interesting stories. Having opportunities to give advice and guidance to fellow young professionals, striving to find their way in the Israeli jungle, expand my professional network.
